Sports Day

Sports Day at the kids school is a lot like field days back in the states.  They allow the parents to come watch and cheer the kids on.  The school had the kids separated into groups and each group had a couple of teams of 4.  They did relay races, ring toss, basketball free throws, and potato sack races. The last race was the main event the pancake race.  The whole school gathered together to watch each class race.  Each class raced 4-5 kids in each heat then the winners of the heat competed for medals.  Landon took 2nd in his heat he was pretty proud of himself and was excited to cheer on his friend to win a medal.  I couldn't get Emma to race in the pancake race I guess by this point she was done with racing.  Here are some pictures of the fun!
